Can anybody give an explanation in simple tterms ?Thanks in advance

Spooky stuff, the end of the universe, Heat Death. Since according to the second law heat flows from the hot to cold eventually everything will be the same temperature, so no heat will flow it will be the end of the universe.

The 2nd law of thermodynamics means that in order to to work you have to pay a price.
So for any object in order to move it has to lose mass. This proves that as a mass moves the only gain in mass is from cosmic radiation and that is very minute compared to the mass loss in order to gain kinetic energy.
The proof is simple ;If you want work done by some one you have to pay him with money. Nothing is done for free.

Here is an alternate way of stating all three laws:

1) You can't win
2) You can't break even
3) You can't quit the game
