This Question is not worded well, nor is not enough to explain the problem.

Email is usually downloaded or read online via WAP or GPRS; Both are Cellphone based internet connection methods, very much like Dial up or Broadband, respectively.

I would recommend contacting either your Cell Provider or the consulting your documentation.
