If the world record holder for the most world records has the world record for the most world records count towards his world record tally, because if it does then the second place world record holder would have to get an extra world record to take the world record for the most world records, thereby gaining an extra one by virtue of the fact that he had just become the world record holder for holding the most world records?

Didn't understand the details, but the holder of the most world records is someone with a Guinness book of world records in their hand..

i dont think of they're gonna advantages themselves in basic terms cuz they carry the international record for itemizing the main international information if that's a record e book besides and that they are meant to hold international information, so wat's the factor? :P
