Only in certain aspects. The superiority of any culture is a measure of how little violence it has to employ to enforce measures that protect its interests and survival.
For example, in my African culture, violence is employed at most levels:
Beat your children
Beat your wife
Beat your neighbour
Politicians beat the voters if they vote wrongly.

Beating is the primary means of solving disputes. This means the culture is not convincing.

However, for marriages, the culture is very elaborate and without any violence it ensures that you end up with the most suitable spouse and the procedures for divorce are just as elaborate making it hard to just do it. On marriage the culture is superior to other cultures.

I think some cultures have a stronger history or legacy compared to others, and some cultures have stronger traditions. Being superior is objective anyway, deep down everyone thinks their better than everyone else. You do! Even if you pretend you don't!

Some CONSIDER themselves superior to others that's true, but it does beg the question, is superior the correct term? When all said and done, we are all quite unique in our own ways are we not?

superiority is a complex issue! History has many examples of these suckers the most famous being Hitler and his loons. Today's mountains are made of yesterdays ocean floors; God brings down the proud and raises up the humble. Good bye Saddam Hussein.
