What you have not said is why you want this person. What she means to you, and may be a more appropriate thing to do would be to post your details on here and if she wants to get in contact with you, then we can pass on your details and then it is her choice.

have you tried friends reunited? other than that I think the first answer is a pretty good idea

if she use a computer, try skype, mesanger and goggle you have nothing to lose.
