No my dear its totally blocked out in recent days it has no independence. But before saying or talking any decision we must understand that law and order are for people , people r not for them. Law and order r made by society to make life easier for everyone , not to create troubles . And it is the moral duty of every citizen to follow the rules and maintain the law and order of a country. But most of us do this only out of fare of punishment. But we should do this in order to help other people. And perhaps it has nowdays been totally stolen its independence by the allainces, political parties and goverment. They r using it just as a power , not realizing its importance. But dear what can we do? yah we can do one thing in future to built a better world all by giving independent to law and order we cannot give support the allainces. Accept that we have nothing to do. But its a fact that "how long shall we tolerate the politicians hungry for power?"
