Could someone tell me when the next generation of 7 series is coming out.

I mean new shape and not the current 2007 one.

Thanks
Vic

The BMW F01 is an automobile platform expected to go into production in late 2008 as a replacement for the current 7 Series (BMW E65/E66) platform. The long wheelbase, codenamed BMW F02, will be longer by 14 cm than BMW F01. It will be also equipped with a more intuitive iDrive system.

Both are awful in terms of reliability. The BMW at least has the 4 year 50K mile free maintenance if you buy it new, so I would choose that. The Range Rover is very unreliable and depreciates quickly. I would rather have the Lexus LS460 over either of these.

they just changed the look about 2 or so years ago, so probably not for another 4. they are, however, coming out with a new M7, so that might have a different body style. keep a look out for that car, its really going to be somethin' else

I think it'll come out in 2008, as a 2009 model, although nothing has been released yet.
