My wife has three years of experience as a nurse tech in a hospital and is shadowing at several hospitals here locally in Kansas City. Since we'd like to relocate, we're trying to figure out how difficult it will be for her to find a job with some hospital experience. She will graduate with an ADN degree but will have her full RN license once she passes her boards.

is colorado reciprocal with Mo or Ka on licensing? if not theres a bit of a hassle with the new license. other than that the world is her oyster, shouldnt have any trouble as long as not too picky about hours etc.
