Although, I can't prove this scientifically, but I strongly feel, that we (and the entire Universe) were designed and created by higher intelligence(s), far beyond the limits of our comprehension. Even, Stephen Hawking, has recently written a very interesting book, "God Created the Integers."

If we are intelligent the designer has to be intelligent because the part can not have a property that the whole lacks.
We did evolve but not by chance. We may have been at a certain point of our evolution similar in looks to a monkey but we were always a "higher creation".
The proof is that the monkey still reaches the shores of a river or an ocean and stops there. We are able to build bridges, airplanes, and rockets to go to even distant planets.

I would definitely have to say......YES!!!! We were designed by an intelligent being or we evolved by chance. Or probably even a combination of the two. The more I learn the less surprises me.
A very interesting book that touches on this is Carl Sagan's "The Demon Haunted World"

Think of it this way. Take a wind tunnthinel and fill it up with parts of a 747 air plane. Just piles of parts. Tru on the air tunnel, then open the big doors. What are the chances you will see a perfect 747 or any kind of flying machine. Zero. Then take all the animals and consider what coulid of created them with instints.
I personally beliebve in evolution creation. You know if our carbon i our atmosphere was off a couple of points our planet would burn. God keeps the delicate blance

We evolved by intelligent design. Creation according to the Bible was NOT a magic trick.

Evolve by chance? wow..ok think about this for a minute..look at all that works in the human body..heart, lungs, brain, veins, muscles, bones, and so much more.....how is it possible that it all just evolved and came together..I dont think so..We are made by God..we are made so each of our systems rely on each other to keep the body going.

What we are, what we have become couldn't have possibly been created on pure luck, some form of being could have surely intervened in some way with what we have become. But you shouldn't concern yourself with this problem, there is a legend that says no man/woman can see or understand the beginning of humankind. Just listen to your heart and you will find the answer.

If it would have been for extinction of dinosaurs and ice age,We wouldnt have been here.
And I don't think anyone can put life into anyone,and I don't believe in god,I think there is a reason for everything,our brain is just not capable of understanding everything.
If you have studied science(especially physics) and liked it,you would never have asked this question.

Hey Leon,
i don't know if you believe in the Bible, or even in God, but the Bible clearly says that God did create us. Besides, how believeable is the fact that we came from a cess pool somewhere? Scientists have tried to make DNA from organic matter like that, and guess what? IT ONLY LASTED LESS THAN A SECOND!!! So it is VERY clear that it could not have happened on its own.
