Actually, he is God’s gift, everyone is. However, it doesn’t mean that you treat others with disrespect and think that you are better than others.
I’ve encountered many people, male and female, who think that they are God’s gift to the world, and I have no problem with sharing with them, straight up, how quickly their looks, status and finances could change (ex. severely burned, car accident, unemployment, possibility of becoming homeless, etc.). A humble person is what we all should strive to become.

Introduce him to a girl who thinks she's God's gift, and let them have unsatisfying superficial love making which is usually the result of a huge ego and a lack for modesty.
