I had the same problem. I got a trojan virus and multiple spyware. I tried many suggestions as dowloading free stuff. i already had protection, firewall, anti virus, etc. Had to purchase Windows Live One care disc, or cd. I also purchased a new laptop while brother is working on the infected one. The ce will protect 3 computers for 1 year. They are also available on line and very helpful. PROTECTS FOR EVERYTHING. Good LUCK!

Now don't hurry
The ones you see above are free spyware removers
They do more damage than help
Your best chance against this is to buy a spyware
And Win32@mx is one f***ing trojan (i guess this is the one torturing you)
It is god damn irritating
As far as I know, Noadware, ProClean, SpyHate are good ones
I personally use Noadware - it is the best there is
Here is the link,

If antivirus and spyware remover software does not work, you can try to restore the computer to an older working configuartion. Detailed instructions are posted at http://fixit.in/systemrestore.html
