It is amazing what technology there is today, an elephant developing in the womb it looks so clear I'll be watching that, my wife likes to see things like that on TV

Clever, but they are representations and computer aided images. Don't be swayed into believing they are 100% genuine.
I'm surprised people see images like this but do not read the text with it.
