is it physically possible to open a HARD DISK for repairing. or does it need any special gadgets to open andf repair any HARD DISK. ?

if you mess with the internals of a hard drive, you will not get your warrantee with it. I wouldn't mess with the internals, because you probably don't have the tools to fix it anyway.

Yes, but unless you have a corporation grade clean room, don't open it. It can only be opened in a static and dust free environment. If you open it, you now have a collection of parts, if it wasn't bad before, it is now.

You can open it but you will probably ruin it in the process. They are very difficult to open if you don't know what you are doing. Then there is the matter of fixing what is broken... not very likely... sorry

The tolerances within a Hard Drive are so fine that they are not user serviceable.
