Panda Anti Virus Company accepted my money to pay for there services but the antivirus protection has not worked properly at all and they have yet to fix it and its been almost a year now. Alot of un-anwsered tech support e-mails. Can someone give me any advice on how to get this resolved/fixed?... because I have paid for this service and tecnically I am not getting it, at least not totally what I paid for. Can someone also tell me a better antivirus company to switch to when my subscription is over with panda.

Get a different Anti Virus...one that is free. I use Avast and after using three different anti virus programs this one seems to be the best and it is free!

why wait, if it not working go with a free AV program.
I use AVG Free Edition. Several friends use it as well.
