My daughter is 16 and is only 4"11 ft. How can she get to 5"2 ft before she stops growing? Can anybody give some tips that can enhance her growth?

At 16 it's a bit late to worry about her growing! She will most likely have almost stopped by now! There isn't really anything you can do to enhance her upward growth, especially if there is shortness in the family.
To be honest it's not exactly a disability! I'm 21 and 5ft and my younger sister (14) is 4ft11. We get by, just remember to make friends with tall people so they can get things off the top shelf in Tescos. Embarrassing asking strangers (done it many times)!

Yes your daughter may still grow taller, some people grow until their early 20's.
There are several factors as to why we grow to the height we grow to, they are genetics, quality and quantity of food, exercise and sleep.
Genetics play a part in it but not a big as most people think, look around your community and see how many short parents have tall children
If you are not eating the right foods and the right amount you will stunt your growth, short children come from short parents often because of a diet that is lacking, look how tall Asians are getting.
Exercise plays a major role in how tall you will be, the production of the grow hormone is stimulated by exercise, how many short athletes are there? that is because they have been involved in sport most of their life.
Sleep also plays a major role, your body releases most of the growth hormone while you are sleeping, so if you get a good nights sleep your body releases more hormones, you can check this by searching through any medical Human Growth Hormone site, ignore any site that is trying to sell you growth hormones, they are just cons.

You will want to take that question to the doctor. There are growth hormones out there that may work or she may have just stopped growing and since she is already 16 you may not be able to do anything
just talk to the doc and have him put you in touch with someone that specializes in growth problems

Are you serious?
you want to make your daughter grow to 5'2"?
Growth in females ceases 18 - 24 months after her periods start. If she's 16, the chances are she's not going to grow any more.
But why do you want her to?
Small is beautiful!
In a world full of giants, think of all the men who will be swept off their feet by your dainty daughter!
Are you small? Is her father small?
I'm 5'5"; my 4 kids from my first marraige are all between 5'8" and 6'2".
I have a fifth child from another relationship, he is now 15; and I believe fully grown.
He's only 5'3", his father was small; he used to have a hang up about being small, but he's ok now.
You have to accept that your kids are your kids.

Dont worry about your daughters height, not every-one is destined to be tall.My sister is 32 and only 4ft11,there's nothing wrong with being short, and as My Mum always says,"All good things come in small packages!"

You can't! She has inherited the short genes from somewhere!

(take heart, I'm 34, and am only 4' 9", so you daughter is actually taller than me. I haven't grown since I was 14!)

I'm not sure there is anything that she can do. I know it sucks being so short, I'm only 5'1 and my husband is 6'4, so it makes us look really odd. Tell her it's okay to be short though. Shakira is only 4'11 and look at her, she's hot and all the guys drool over her, so there's nothing wrong with being short.

I am not sure if you, as far as I was aware it is all down to exercise and nutrition, if you are concerned perhaps see a nutritionist, or diet expert, they may be able to help you in terms of changing her eating pattern to stimulate growth. Sorry I couldnt help anymore xxx
