Depending on when u r arriving, I mean these days trade fair is on and so some roads are jamed. Also with parliament session "ON", there are many protests and rallies. But fear not, Delhi still moves on and so shall you. If you have the money to take an auto/three wheeler then go to pre-paid auto stand outsde railway station. You will come across many auto drivers who shall offer you seemingly good price, but please stick to prepaid booth. It is also good for the safety as the police makes a note of all out going autos. The fares are genuine. I think it should be around 100 Rupees and should take you about 45 minutes to reach south campus. If you want bus then 615 is the no. I think.

If you are driving you can follow this:-
From New delhi Station, exit from Paharganj exit and go towards cannaught place. Take left and keep going in the outer circle till you reach HDFC Bank on your left. Take a left from the crossing and keep going straight till you reach India gate. Keep going in the circle and take a left towards Shahjahan Road. Keep going till you see a T-Junction. Take a left on the T-juction. Keep going straight, you will get a flyover on Safdarjung Airport. Cross it and keep going straight till you come to AIIMS crossing / flyover. Climb the flyover and proceed towards Safdarjung Hospital. You will see signs for Dhaula Kuan / Sarojini Nagar / Safdar Jung Enclave. Keep going straight, you will see Bhikaji Cama Place. Keep going straight, then Moti Bagh Gurdwara (huge white coloured.) After the Gurdwara, you will see a red light. The sign for South Campus shows left. Turn left from the redlight. Rao Tula Ram Marg, South Campus gate is a kilometer from this red light.
