IF this was a "special girl" start on the lips, full tongue play then work down the neck to her breasts and nipples, belly button and play up and down her thighs then pay extra care to the good part.
if it was a eneral aquaintance then I would probaly get slapped for trying that so a hug or wave will generally suffice.

hey now... I have spent plenty of time down on a girl. That's absolutely the best place to kiss her. I love the response.
