Wrap up loosely some prawns in paper, and enable the cat unwrap it and consume it. i these days offered a toddler's play tent and set it up interior the backyard. The tent has an an extra tunnel tube linked on one facet. My 2 cats particularly like it. They play in it, and that they've a soft mat which they sleep on interior the tent. The tunnel is super exciting for the cat to bypass out and in, and you will positioned a sprint ball interior to play with. chuffed Christmas Pus!

Unless you know them well, you are just guessing on the gift basket. For someone you don't socialize with, and only see occasionally, you can't go wrong with a nice dinner out, or a gift card to a nice store. they probably already have every dog and cat thing on earth.

a donation so they can help dogs, cats etc; many vets will assist strays etc; any donation is a present; I am sure that they would appreciate that more than a gift basket.

Some vet medical kit, which they so often require for treatment of our pets. A vet's life (taken seriously) is quite tough.

Silk plants for their office. They come in all kinds of varieties and last forever. That's what we did last year for all of our doctors and it was a great hit with all of them.
I usually buy them through Overstock.com :
