Hey guys! Looking for a career change. Have an interview with a staffing agency on Monday. They do construction and indutstrial. It's an outside sales rep position, signing up clients to use our agency. Has anyone done this, or know anything about it? A good career opportunity?

Staffing agencies can be a come on for many jobs. Personally I have never heard of this position. It sounds like a pharmaceutical Representative for selling and promoting new drugs to physicians, or in the same line of work.
I would be leary and find out as much as I could about the company.

Hi! I am an account manger for a staffing agency. It is a REAL JOB! It's not that hard! You just go business to business and when you walk in, you just say "May I speak to the person in charge of your hiring?" Then, just say "We have a lot of great people registered with us (your company) and they are looking for work. Do you have any positions you need help filling?" It's that easy. It's a service that helps business' with their hiring needs so it's not like your selling them something they probably don't need/want. I say go for the interview and see for yourself. Just because you go to the interview doesn't mean you have to take the job! Hope this helps! :-)
