The people who are responsible for the design and production of these have been drugged up half their life and what you are seeing is the results. It is the result of trying to live and work under the influence of heavy drug overdoses.
I have also noticed, by pure chance, having turned on the television to some broadcast channels in the afternoon on a few occasions, that afternoon soap operas all promote gay lifestyle and elevate the status of gays. Why? Because the producers of thee shows are all gay. And why is that? Because the television stations are forced to hire them because if they didn't they would be hit with discrimination lawsuits.
So what you are seeing on your Saturday cartoons is part of the same problem. Drugged-out, hallucinating, anti-social dropouts are responsible.
And you need a reason why drugs should not be legalized?

Becasue no one is willing to write good cartoons anymore. I mean Kids WB has 3 good ones Loonatics Unleashed, Legion of Superheroes and The Batman (although If they keep screwing with their schedule Legion might not get enough viewers to keep it going), and Cartoon Network has Fantastic Four (again they keep messing up their schedule, showing the same episode two or 3 weeks straight, showing different episodes than they list and they might losre viewers on that as well) and Nickelodian has AVatar: The Last Airbender. Beyond that there aren't really any good cartoons out there any more. Most are either geared for really young kids ( like Rugrats, opr Fairly Oddparents) or for more "adult" audiences (like the stuff on Cartoon Network's Adult Swin sequence) so anything geared for kids between 8-16 just does not exist. Most of the shows geared for that age group are live action (like Drake & Josh, or Zoey 101) They need to get back to the old action style cartoons (like classic Superfriends, Thundercats, or GI Joe.) or REAL classic cartoons like the old Looney Tunes, Woody Woodpecker, or Tom and Jerry. Most people would watch those Old cartoons over this new stuff anyday...I know I would...even the old Scooby doo or the Fintstones would be better than stuff like...The Replacements, or Johnny Test...makes me sad sometims to think just how far was have come away from good animated entertainment.

I agree! There are so many cartoons my kids are not even allowed to watch! Who would've thought that one day cartoons would be so bad kids couldn't even watch them? Some have rude, offensive humor that is not suitable for children, which really ticks me off because you can't even feel safe letting your kids watch cartoons. The reason is this world is evil and the evil influences are creeping into our children's world earlier and earlier. TV is already so full of crap I can't even turn it on after 8pm in front of my kids, with so much bad language and sex. It's all so disgusting. I'm with you, I want the old cartoons back!!

Because the producers want to see just how far they can go! Besides have you heard some of the music lately? How about all the remakes of movies? What, don't movie makers have the innovation to put something out that's original and interesting? I wish I had a chance to produce a movie! Just how far are they willing to go and just how much are we willing to take? You know in my lifetime I have seen many things go down hill at such an alarming rate that its almost too late to turn things around and GOD help us if it continues! We the consumers are being feed dog food and seem to enjoy it! After all it does have a kind of pleasant flavor, doesn't it?

Desperate times calls for desperate measures in trying to gain rating in the broadcasting industry. And when they no longer have the people with clever ideas to make decent cartoons, they resort to stupidity and down right pathetic cartoons. And frankly, dumb luck ideas like that are somehow working. Bummer!!
