I'm just wondering. See, in my area/ neighbourhood, it's common, especially on weekends. And I mean short shorts - not indecent, but short and tight enough, kind of like the 1960s length. Usually they're worn by married women in their 20's and 30s (usually with children), or by girls, but never by teenagers. And the shorts are worn with sleeveless cotton tops and medium heels.
F.y.i., I live in the tropics, where there is only one season (summer) all year round.
I just want to compare notes, to see if women in your area also like wearing short shorts, while taking a stroll, or shopping for groceries etc.

nope. Women around here do not wear short shorts. Here it's considered tacky and trashy.

I think your best option is a linen suit, preferably in pastel colours a peach or lemon would suffice. White t-shirt, then roll jacket sleeves up to the elbows, a pair of casual slip ons, but remember no socks. Cool look eh? A la Sony Crockett!

I like to wear them! It is a little too cold right now but I have lots of short shorts I wear in summer :)

yes, it can be a common sight, especially during summer. but in my opinion, shorts of any kind, short-shorts or mid-thigh shorts should be worn with sneakers or flats... not heels. its incongrious. if u wish to be comfortable, do it all the way...

In Florida you see black gurls wearing short short all the time. Especially at the dancing places where they wear them to dance.

in my neighborhood area during the warmer wheather...like no married woman wear short shorts...except the occasional jogger going up the street.
