i have gotton toa point with a freind of my who always talks behind my back.. yet is nice to my face..i cut off my freindship with them, after 3 years of being back stabbed and lied to..i decided enough is enough..they dont deserve my loyaltiy do you think am right??

U re right.. These people have some complex, or in generally.. or because of u..maybe u re more handsome or more successful in Ur job.. or u just have great girl by Ur side... U did right thing.. I'm getting ready about the same now.. I have a flatmate...just a witch.. This person has so much hate inside of her.. And I'm doing her nothing.. I know what is she saying, how she is telling to people different things just to make me look bad and make her look good.. But I'm still talking to her, she wants just to piss me off, to take my cool..But I will not give her this pleasure and show her that she has hurt me. But when I leave this place,I will not talk to her more. That's it. Because I dont want to be surrounded by such people..It s disgusting. And even such people, who re coming to u, telling u how nice u re etc..how good u look..and next they they meet ur bf and they re telling him that they see in his eyes that he wants to make love to her..Disgusting... U did good thing.. I just dont know if u were successful enough.. Because looks like this world contains of 3kind of human-witches, b -es and naive goodhearted aliens as we are;) Good luck

Absolutely. Listen, your not using the word FRIEND in the right way. A Friend doesn't do that. So you got rid of some guy or girl that wasn't worth your time to begin with. Their may be class issues, meaning one of you is wealthier than the other the gossipper can't deal with it. Aristotle said 'friendship is one soul dwelling in two bodies.' Meaning, you should have the same desires and interests for each other to succeed, be happy, be healthy. The gossip is not an act of friendship, rather it is an act to use you to get closer to others that are more desirable, as in, those that are hearing the gossipy comments; they are the aspirations for his/her true friendship. Your just someone being stepped on to get to them.

I give people a chance but when I know they are not trustworthy, or they have treated me badly I move on.
I don't keep friends or people in my life that make me miserable.
Why should I?

yes you are very right in more ways than one. i did have a friendship like that for years and it took me too long to tell her to either grow up or get lost and she chose to get lost end of story

yes you are right.. friends like that arent good to have. im like you, i take and take and take and then finally break. your a good person, you want to give friendship to people and you give it like you would like to receive it.
