When they tell me how much better my little autistic son is due to all my patience and tenacious attitude. I will not let that child fall between the cracks of life. (Thank you LaLa and I am so very sorry for your loss, my heart breaks for you)

When someone tells me that I was the best mother my son could've had (he was special needs, required a LOT of care, hospital visits, surgeries, etc). Everyone I know says they couldn't have handled it as well as i did. (If anyone had asked me if I could handle it the day before my son got sick, I would've said no in a hearbeat. But a mother's love is fierce and you don't realize how strong your will is until it's tested). My son passed away a few months ago and having people tell me that I was a wonderful mother to him is a small consolation, I know I did my best.
(cereal killer, keep doing what you're doing. You're a wonderful mother and it does take a special person to care for a child w/any type of disability. So here's my compliment to YOU: You're child is lucky to have you for a mother. When you're having a hard time dealing with it, try to imagine what it would be like for someone else to be caring for your child, not giving him/her the love and attention he/she needs and it will give you the strength to carry on. Believe me.)

that i am a loving, responsible and hard working father.
That would be the only compliment I could want or need since my son is the most important thing in my life. Actually I have to say he is tied with Jesus in importance. Both of them are my saving grace.

l have been told l was almost perfect (still cant believe it). This may sound corny to lot of you but years ago, a nun friend l often bump to said, "we will surely see each other in heaven cause we happen to bump each other so often". l really felt elated after hearing that.

the best compliment in the world is 'i like u for who u are' but only when its genuine, which is very rare which is what makes it such a great complement
me personally i usually get ones like 'jesus ur boobs are huge' or ' uve got a peachy ****' stuff like that, but i long for a complement that is just nice.

I raise Arabian horses and I had a lady compliment me greatly .She said that I treated my horses so well that when she died she wanted to be reincarnated as one of my horses.
