Other than Ebay, where and when is a matter of luck and patience. Stores don't relase information on when shipments will arive and claim not to know at all.

You just gotta hit the pavement. I got mine yesterday at Toys R Us, they got a shipment at about 10:30 that I happened to walk in minutes after. No fighting. No lines.
