Do you mean hyper-sexual as lustful? If you cannot match her physical it means she's not your cup of tea and quietly sneak into oblivion from her or you're finished. If you're not willing to leave her or cannot leave for compelling circumstances then try to understand her. She's also human being and may have her own emotion, sentiment and cravings. Once you understand her trait it'll be easier for you to deal her. Physical matters can also be handled by other means.
