Thats basically it, like if sperm was on a hand and it was rinsed off, with just water, if the fingers were inserted in a vagina, is there still a posibility of pregnancy?

If they were not rinsed off well, then yes, probably is possible, but not very likely. Also probably depends on how much time there was after rinsing and before the contact.
