could someone please provide me with a link or something to a website where it will tell me why woks have become so popular in recent times and also the correct procedure in order to ensure that they are most effective?please?

I don't know a website but woks are great - They are a healthier way of cooking - less oil/fat. We had a wok growing up. My brother cooked us dinner once/week using it - It was so good!!
The are most effective if you don't add oil when you cook!

They've been popular for years for stir fry meals. Personally I don't see what's so good about them. It's just a deep frying pan
