as you should know, lol means laughing out loud, so you should know that the first L in lol is the only L in LMFAO and it is laughing. so if you want to put that together with a cuss word the F word and the A word including the O for off and the M for my. you would have altogether, LAUGHTING MY f***ING A** OFF!
