Oprah is very much an a list star. Even though she isn't in movies like she used to be, she makes tons of money, she's the confidante of alot of celebrities and she's always helping someone when she can. She is very famous because of her show, production company, and magazine. She is a trendsetter, because whatever she features, everyone goes out and buy. So, Oprah would be considered an A-List Star!

Yes, she's a star at least in her mind. When she made a big stink because Hermes, wouldn't open after hours because they were having a pre-arranged private sale and had limited staff, she looked like a spoiled brat. Oprah can fly to Paris on a whim, spend a fortune in any store in the world and makes a stink about one CLOSED store not letting her in. We should all have Oprah's problems.

anyone who makes 90 million dollars a year is an A+ list celebrity to me however I sometimes get the feeling she is into herself with her fake enthusiasm. Maybe that is why she is such good friends with Tom Cruise.
