l love veggies and try to eat as much and as fresh as l can. As for fruits, we really eat it fresh. lt feels good to eat fresh edibles.

Subway doesn't wash their vegetables and they serve sandwiches they've dropped on the filthy floor. I eat fresh but not at that hellhole.

i eat whatever is the quickest to prepare if there is fresh fruit there i would eat that instead of cooking

in today's fast life it is not possible to eat fresh foods every time.........but i think we should try to eat fresh as much as possible...........
