hotter? niether are my type. but i have to say nelly. ludacris' face is too long and he's skinnier.
better wrapper,eh, not a big fan of the genre. but nelly flows smoother while luda enunciates better. so it's hard for me to decide. nelly can sing pretty decent when it comes down to it though.
