It's true that an Aborigine cricket team toured England, actually in 1868, and were essentially the first ever Australian side to visit England (check :http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_Aboriginal_cricket_team_in_England_in_1868 ) ...but this tour was strictly a private money-making enterprise arranged by some white Australian showmen, the team were never officially recognised at the time as representing Australia, and none of the matches they played were classified as first class.

It was not until ten years later in 1878 that the official Australian test team made its first ever trip to England. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Australian_cricket_team_in_England_in_1878
