They do it because theyre insecure in themselves.....just because they have wealth, power, money, fame and everything else they could ever want, there is one thing that is missing from their lives, true love.....(they realise no amount of money or fame is going to give them what they truely want.)
Look at the lyrics to alot of their songs, that gives an insight into how they truely feel deep down, like britney with her song "Lucky" for instance......"They say shes so lucky shes a star but she cries with a lonely heart, if theres nothing missing in her life then why does she cry in the night......."
