We have been living in separated beds for 2 years now. He has cheated and is still cheating. I found condoms around the house If he had someone in the house my neighbors will let me know. He cheated 3 years ago I found love letters and pictures of her but as a wife I forgave but will never again in my life I tried to be a honest and sexy wife for him but the drugs turn him on bettter than me and his Mom. I know I only have 1 month left till I can make arrangements for court with my lawyer THANK GOD WE DIDN'T HAVE CHILDREN .

If you can't kick him out right now, then just keep completely focused on yourself and your new life coming and start building on that every moment. You have nothing with this creep and he deserves what he gave - nothing. When you speak to your lawyer, have him give you a written list of events, timing, and cost, and do not be afraid to tell him/her if you do not agree with his/her plan. This is what they do for the big bucks, and like any other industry, there are bad attorneys out there just like your husband. Knowing this will keep you safe, because you will not question what you feel.

Sounds like if you are going to court you are going to take care of your situation. I am not sure why you stayed there, i am sure you had your reasons but, sounds like it was hurtful for you, so why do it?And you are right. thank god you did not have children
