How many is too many? Is 15-20 people too many for a 22 year old?

Sometimes it is "normal" to have to concentrate. Yes, that is a lot of people for such a young age. I hope you are using reliable birth control and condoms every time. Pregnancy isn't the only issue here.

Its probably normal, but not really emotionally healthy. I think I'd concentrate more on quality than quantity. Also keep that number to yourelf its no one elses business.

I think you have been having a good time. As long as you were safe I don't think there is a problem with your number.
A ladies number is a very personal thing; you do not need to reveal your number to anyone.

hahaha it is bad in my opinion but im a conservitive person but maybe you just like to experiment and have fun or you like to get around, who knowss theres not a limited number of how many people you can sleep with just be careful

I don't have to concentrate at all - I know exactly how many people I've slept with - ONE - my hubby! I'd have it no other way!
But sadly, I think it has become all too 'normal' to have slept with hundreds of people nowadays.
