im 5ft5 n im under 16,i want to be more active and healthier. is there any sports or exercises that would help except for basketball? thanks

Any sport that would strengthen your back would help your posture and give added height. The only thing that would actually make you grow taller would be to eat a healthy diet and make sure you get all your vitamins, I suggest a good multi vitamin. Other than that, I heard some yoga positions do elongate the body through stretches.

its nice 2 be a bit shorter and slimmer, then u look lik a barbie!
