Flrting is one of those things that can be a major issue in a marriage.
It really depnds on the people within the marriage as to whether flirting is okay. Just remember that whatever rule there is for one, the same goes for the other. If you flirt so will your spouse.
Flirting is a fun way to make yourself feel good. It can also be a precursor to more serious things that may damage your relationship. Discuss flirting and the implications with your partner and make a rule together. But the same rulle needs to apply to both partners.

I will never understand what people achieve by flirting. You throw a seed in the ground and it will grow. You will only create problems and hurtful feelings to your spouse sooner or later. Why can't we learn to be satisfied with what we've got, be thankful and make the most of each day with the person you chose to marry. Life is too short, learn to avoid problems and hurts and instead concentrate on being more respectful to you and your spouse. I am sure it would be a better world.

Flirting is Dangerous.
A person once said to me: Mav, If you stray away or you flirt...be prepared for the consequences.
Only a fool would say, that you can only be attracted to one person in life.
In the USA, we have over a Fifty percent divorce rate......If you flirt, be prepared to join the ranks of the D and D......Divorced and displaced.
On the Other hand, Flirting can be exciting;)
You choice and only your choice.
Good Luck,
Mav

If you want to flirt with someone it better be your spouse or they better be right there with you when you flirt with someone else. AND if you are going to flirt with someone else, you better be flirting all the time with your spouse as well and not just with other people all the time.
When you flirt with other people, you are playing with fire. You never know when they are going to take it the wrong way and think that you are interested in them.
Oh and another thing, if this is you that you are taking about, would you want your husband to flirt with other women?

I don't see anything wrong with it. I flirt all the time. It's fun and harmless and NO it doesn't lead to cheating if you truly love and respect yourself and your husband. It's just a harmless ego boost. We all need that every now and then.

Flirting is fun....BUT once you begin to flirt with someone who is not your spouse, you run the risk of taking it further.
I would not recommend it.
