I live in Dubai and I am not sure if he is going to have a big concert any time soon.
Again, I am not sure but I think he just sings in an Iranian restaurant every night. Unfortunately I don't know the name.

Im not too sure where he is singing, but I lived in Dubai for four years, I can tell you that many of the concerts there happen in Dubai Media City, some at the Marina, and rarely at the creek. But most are at the Dubai Media City...
