I get aggresive and anything irritates me if it doesn't happen quick enough. I'm always in a rush.

You should learn to meditate and/or do something like yoga. Maybe also some sort of project that requires it to be done over time--like learning an instrument, reading a book, building something, etc. my friend told me once that "the reward of patience is more patience". Also you might try thinks like deliberately making yourself wait. For example, instead of taking the most direct route home take the scenic route, making yourself wait through commercials on television, etc. You choose to get aggressive and irritated. You can choose to be relaxed and calm. You have to find the source of your anger.

I think wanting everything quickly is something caused by the modern society. We have advances in technology and it is generally presumed that everything can go faster with the use of machines rather than people. In some cases this is true, but it seems now that everyone is trying to get things done as quick as possible in an effort to catch up with other things. Machines may be faster, but they need time and effort out in by us to keep them to speed, which in turn takes away some of our time. How do we improve on this? Well, there are many out there trying to find the answer and maybe one day we will know.
