I think my computer is set for preferred customer,but I need to set it for administrator rights.What steps to I take to accomplish this task?I'm new at using a computer so if you can explain it in the simpliest terms that I can understand I'll thank you.

click start then control panel then user accounts then go from there

Check in control panel > user accounts. If you see two different accounts there one being computer administrator and under the other account saying limited account, then click on change the account type. Select the radio button in front of computer administrator and press button 'change account type' . It will
give the other account administrative rights.

after start up go to the start bottom left corner of screen, go to control panel, then double click user accounts, then administrator then set password then set options you want
