I don't think it'd be a UK number because it's the format for UK home landlines rather than mobile phones. I've googled the area code 01727 which is St. Albans in England, but I'm not entirely sure whether this is the case. I'd contact your network provider and ask them if they know what's going on, and if not get the number blocked.

No,do u have a bf? if so, it could be him pretending to be some other guy trying to catch you out.(that has happened to me) if not and its genuinley a wrong number let them no, or they will bomard u with messages.
