These are not typical symptoms of a kidney infection. Very typical though of cystitis which is less serious and lower down the urinary tract. Untreated cystitis CAN lead to kidney infection. You can try Cranberry juice and lots of water or Oasis sachets from the chemist. Otherwise, if no better, your G.P. will prescribe a short course of very effective antibiotics which would zap any bugs present. When inflamed, the linings of the urinary tract walls can bleed a little during micturition. It does not automatically signify a kidney disorder. The lump you feel just inside your vagina sounds like a Bartholin's gland which has enlarged, but this must be assessed by your doctor.Best of luck and hope you get better soon

This sounds like a urinary tract infection. Go see your GP for a urine test and some antibiotics. In the mean time drink lots of water and cranberry juice. The likely hood of this being something serious is low so don't worry.
If you develop severe pain in your kidneys or tummy or a high fever see a doctor asap xxx

Go to the doctor as soon as possible, sounds like a bladder or urinary tract infection and the lump could be a cyst and should be checked out further. What you described is not normal.
You might also want to have the lining of your bladder checked out.

You sound exactly like me, I have had exactly what you have..it sounds like cystitis and although the blood seems dramatic it's totally normal and harmless.
You might also have a retro verted uterus which will explain the hard lump, also nothing dramatic 20% of women have this.
Get to the chemist and buy some Canesten Oasis (this won't cure your cystitis but you won't feel the symptoms) and then get yourself a doctors appointment asap.

Your first symptom is called urinary urgency. The combination of urgency with blood in urine could indicate a bladder stone, a urinary tract infection, or a tumor. You should get your urine sample checked for an infection, an x-ray to detect a stone and an mri or ct scan to check for any sort of mass. Go to your doctor!!!

As you should be.! Sounds like you have a serious kidney infection. Which shouldn't be taken lightly. I cannot believe you haven't seen a doctor at the first sign of blood. Which I 'strongly' recommend asap! !
Good luck! !
