manage it yourself...
if you want to put a link to go to yahoo website

display it like this

http://www.yahoo.com

it is very important to put the 'http://'
otherwise your link will not be clickable

tools>options>security>uncheck disable hyperlinks

copy the link and paste it in the address bar of Internet explorer and press enter.
