I have just bought and read "An Unpopular War" this book was put together by JH Thompson. Has anyone read this book and what are your impressions of this book. Having had brothers and a husband that went through all this i am very happy to find a book that gives these men a "salute".

JH Thompson put together a collection of thoughts and stories that the "boys" remembered from their time in the SADF covering 1970's through to the 1990's. Its written in the "taal" that was used in the militery.
