Oh that is a hard one...capital punishment does not deter crime but is used more as a punishment. From what I have seen the police use it as a bargaining chip to get someone to confess in order for the person to not get the death penalty. I think it would be more punishment to have to spend the rest of your life in prison without parole myself but then some crimes would still remain open if not for that option. I am on the fence on this one.

There are some people that are so cruel and heartless they deserve to die.
Anybody who kills a child doesn't deserve to live another minute.
I am pro capital punishment, without a doubt.

I am totally for the death penalty in fact I think the prisoner should be charged for the bullet, the drugs or the electricity to kill them.
