depends if its within ur ability to make up for the damage done while living with the negative consequences of your actions at the same time. There's always a second chance, but second chances aren't easy.

I hope you're not refering to yourself. As human's we're not angels. We're better than angels and thus get that second chance. Angels are made to be servants and remain servants. They only get the one shot.
So, to answer your question... I can't help a fallen angel. It's not within my power.

I don't know how to treat this situation, but I would try to get them to become a un-fallen angel, how, i don't know. But I'd try, most definitely.

Tell her to get up and stop feeling sorry for herself.
Hose her down, hang her in the sun to dry then boot her in the *** and tell her to try not to fall over to often.
Everyone deserves a second chance.

Nope.
Fallen angel becomes devil.
Coz of having much more knowledge than humans angels don't have right to sin. And if they do they loose their angel nature for good.
