The very best way is to get involved with your local BDSM community. Find out about munchs and events and start attending. Unless you are looking for a ProDomme, where you pay for a service, then you will need to be known in your community.

I've actually had a female Domme tell me femdom is natural because bdsm is a "kink" that drives from what isn't normal and (supposedly) men dominate the rest of the world. I think that's purely BS. People think their way is the only way things should be done, so they get snotty about it. That aspect doesn't just lie within BDSM.
