It all depends. How big or small the tattoo is, where it is placed, if it is a nice looking piece. And if it can be seen all the time or not.
the real question is "Do you like it or not?" If you do who cares. But think long and hard before you get inked.

Tattoos look cool and funky but it all depends on what sort of tattoo it is. For a girl, it should obviously be a simple one rather than those big dragons and skulls. it would look more decent unless otherwise you are a punk or something!! All in all, I'd say, tattos do look cool and it isn't a big no-no!!

I think the female body looks great without the dumb tattoo's. I dont care what the tattoo is, women try to get into shape and then they get a giant tattoo. People get excited about getting a tattoo, but they quickly get old.

I've never had a tattoo or any body piercings. Unless you count the number of times I stuck a pick in my arm.
I'm considering getting one of those Edinburgh Military tattoos.
You know the ones. You rub it and it starts playing bagpipes. That would be soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo cool.

i think it depends o the tattoo.
i have one on my shoulder and everyone says its nice (its my own design and not that big)

big tattoos all over the arms back or legs dont look that good unless your a tattoo artist by profession.

i have 5, two are large the others are small.
the only people who are gonna tell you it's a big no no are people who personally disagree with them, are terrified of having one done themselves, and who have been through a bad experience with one ie went to a cheap tattooist who's not very clean.
tattoos are for both men and women and as long as you understand that tattoos are for life not just for Christmas then go for it.
i do think it's kind of blokey for a woman to have them done on their forearms or on their calf muscles,
but I've seen some lovely tattoos on women,
who have large tattoos but still look very feminine because they went to a proper tattooist, and chose a good place on their body to have the tattoo.
tattoo are also NOT just done for immage or an ego boost and for people to say thats it's the giggest load of crock i've ever heard.
people have them done for many reasons.
to celebrate their love for life, loved ones, hobbies, and things that have been a great life inspiration to them.

Sorry but a definately no go. Loads of my friends have them, and when one of my best mates was geting married she looked stunnung and beautiful in her wedding dress, the dress was backless and there on her back was a tatoo, which totally ruined how she looked. Most men i know think it makes a girl look rough, she could be dressed up to the niles, but 1 blimp at a tatoo destroys her whole image.

A good-looking tattoo looks good on girls, a badly-done one doesn't look good on anyone.
I quite like tattooed girls, although I myself wouldn't like to have one.
