depends on what type of plants they are some most inside plants are ment to be inside, but wouldnt hurt to get a little sun for a hour or so a day and fresh air, i one plant dont remember the name of it, that is a inside plant, and its never been taken outside and dosent require and sunshine, its the healthyiest plant i have, the i have outside plants that have to be brought in during the winter....last year i learned from my mistakes....i bought two hibiscus plants, and planted them outside....they didnt make it through the winter, this year i bought two more and put them in pots. brought them in when it begain to get cold and they look even more healthy than the did in the summer time....good luck with you plants.....growing plants and experminting with growing different flowers can be a very enjoyable thing....

I have indoor plants that have not been outside at all. You can put yours out during a nice rain in spring, summer, and fall. Would not recommend putting them out during winter because of the drastic temperature difference between home and outside.

No,
As long as the plant has what it needs to live it will be fine.
Water, Food, Sun are the basics for plants, You can go to your local store aka wal-mart, k-mart, target, etc for indoor plant food and other items.

usually not need to go outside that why they are house plants,, often summer sun and winter chills hurt or kill a house plant,, some need less light than others,, some grow in florescent light,, putting houseplant outside for spring might give nice growth spurt,, but no it doesn't need to be kept outside ever,,

no one components you a answer to keeping poisonous vegetation and cats interior the comparable abode. i'm sorry your caught yet it somewhat is the situation with getting animals- we could sacrifice some issues to maintain our infants. the different individual who owns those vegetation- do they understand they'll kill the cats? they don't seem to be keen to get vegetation that are safer? I even have individual who eats faux and actual vegetation, vegetation... etc... i've got no vegetation. i like my cats and their protection is the 1st precedence. you may desire to pick what's greater important. I choose i could provide you a compromise that works for all yet no count what you do one or the two could decide for the plant besides and die a quite undesirable death. Please see in case you could convince this different individual to do away with the vegetation from the abode.

Any plant need light to process food(photosynthesis) or grow, so couple of hours every day should help as well as sometimes direct rain can help as well
