Definitely it is not due to diffusion of air through the molecules of rubber tube ANS: The one-way valve used does not actually check air leakage 100%. Due to the vehicle's wt air leaks...

The valve isn't completely airtight so when the pressure from te car pushes down on the tyres They let the air out slowly

The seal on most tires isn't 100% perfect, just very good.
